Declaration Amendments Proxy

The Board is currently soliciting proxy ballots for a proposed special meeting regarding some amendments to the governing documents of the Association. We have received some questions regarding how to complete the proxy ballot. Please see the below sample for how one can complete the proxy ballot.

Sample Proxy Ballot Submission

This document is a SAMPLE of how one can complete the proxy ballot. Only fill out and complete the version you got in the mail.

  1. If you wish to appoint a specific named proxy, write that on the fill-in-the-blank field on page one. If you leave this blank (as we suggest), your proxy will be voted by the Board President.
  2. Write a clear X for each of your votes on the ballot section on Pages 1 and 2.
  3. Write the date you signed the proxy ballot on Page 2.
  4. Write your RSHA Home Lot Address (____ Briardale ___, Derwood, MD 20855) on Page 2.
  5. Sign the form.
  6. Print your name on the line. If you are completing this form on behalf of the owner, include after your name “Authorized Representative of ____owner name____”.
  7. Return the proxy to the Board.
